Brittney is a pediatric occupational therapist, business owner, and mom through surrogacy. After navigating a five-plus year infertility journey that included multiple IVF cycles, recurrent implantation failure, endometriosis, and surrogacy, she developed a deep appreciation for the power of community and connection. While grateful to have welcomed her son, Brittney remains on her family-building journey and understands the unique complexities of infertility from both past and present experiences. Drawing from her professional background and lived experience, she is passionate about creating supportive spaces where individuals can connect, share openly, and find encouragement from others who truly understand.

Leslie has 20+ years of experience at Google, American Express, Yahoo and tech startups, leading Product Partnerships and People Ops. Now a Mom of two, she persevered through an eight year infertility journey that included an endometriosis diagnosis, multiple rounds of IVF, failed embryo transfers and 10+ medical procedures. The relationships she built with other women going through the process was her oxygen, enabling her to maintain hope and optimism through the process. A community builder at heart, Leslie is excited to build a safe space for folks to connect, share and lift each other up through alternative paths to parenthood.
