SOMA: An 8-Week Return to Your Body
SOMA is an eight-week online gathering for women ready to deepen their relationship with their bodies, sexuality, sensation, boundaries, and inner knowing. Created and facilitated by Megan Cassamas of MOJA Yoga & Wellness, this intimate live series brings together body literacy, somatic practice, guided reflection, ritual, and honest conversation around the parts of ourselves many of us were never taught how to know. Across eight sessions, we will explore consent, pelvic space, body mapping, the erotic self, pleasure, orgasmic yoga, and integration.
This is not about performing, fixing, or becoming someone else. It is a space to learn the language of your body and return to what has always been yours. Classes meet live on Zoom on Tuesday evenings from 7:30–9:00 PM, beginning August 18. Recordings will be available for participants, and cameras are turned off during anatomy-based practices. Enrollment includes all eight sessions, guided practices, lifetime access to recordings, and a private WhatsApp space for reflection and connection. A ritual kit option is also available, with a botanical body oil, herbs, and tea to support the experience.
$377 for the full series $477 with ritual kit Payment plans available upon request.
Attached at the Heart Professional Training
Join Tina McRorie, and authors, Barbara Nicholson and Lysa Parker for a professional training based on their book, Attached at the Heart (now available in Spanish as Criar con el corazón).
This program is excellent professional development for doulas, lactation consultants and others who support new parents in English or Spanish. (The training is in English, but paired with the book, would prepare providers with the language to convey the concepts to Spanish-speaking parents.).
