Tricare provides breast pumps, bp supplies & BF counseling for 6 outpatient sessions by Tricare provider: MD, NP, PA, RN, Midwife.

To obtain Pelvic Floor therapy, ask your civilian Dr. to refer you to your Military Tricare Dr; ask them to send a referral for this therapy approval to: Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula Outpatient Rehab Department, the NPI code is:#1932197258. Or you can call 831-883-5640, option 5 if you have any questions. There is a wait list; get on it and get the benefits of Pelvic Floor Therapy.

Birth Network members Kyle Hartman and Byanca Madrigal with Monterey Pelvic Health, montereypelvichealth.com accepts Tricare. For Tricare select, no referral needed. For Tricare Prime, need your Military Dr. to refer.
