Hi! I’m Ashley, I’ve been a massage therapist for over 18 years. As a natural athlete I’ve always had an appreciation of the human body, and throughout my life experiences, I came to understand the body holds not only physical tension but past emotional issues as well. In 2015, I gained a bonus daughter and became pregnant with my son. This was the beginning of my evolution. After having my son in 2016 I knew that I wanted to specialize in pregnancy and postpartum pain debunking the “that’s normal” conversation both as the body grows a new life and years after having a baby. So how do we take care of ourselves so we can better take care of others? Heal from the inside out.

Over the last few years I became a doula, childbirth educator, Arvigo®️Practitioner, and welcomed our newest addition in 2019. Reproductive health, and pelvic floor issues have made me more aware of how to be connected to my body so I can better serve those ranging from wanting to conceive to the busy stressed parent.

It was after the ecstatic home births of both of her children that Kaleena furthered her curiosity into the depths of Pre and Post Natal studies. She welcomes the birthing community to experience The Gyrotonic® Method for all its strengthening and healing properties.

Megan serves the community safely through in-person and virtual prenatal yoga classes. She offers a monthly Birth Preparation Partner Workshops as well as community events for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Her mission is to create safe spaces for women to return to themselves and witness their potential through women’s circles, retreats, ceremony & ritual. A resonant blend of science, spirit and nature infuse her life and her work.

I am an NASM-certified personal trainer with a specialization in prenatal and postpartum bodies. I strive to empower women and those with birthing bodies with knowledge about their body, the amazing changes it has endured throughout pregnancy and how to best support them throughout. In our sessions, we will discuss what exercise and movement may look like as a caregiver and how to approach our personal goals and expectations with curiosity and grace. I focus mostly on low-impact, extension-based exercises. I’m a firm believer that movement should leave you feeling invigorated and promote vitality outside of the studio. I reject the idea that movement has to be painful or exhausting to be effective. My goal as a health and wellness professional is to make functional movement and high quality fuel approachable, accessible, and enjoyable. I strive to have clients leave each session feeling empowered and on track for sustainable healthy living.

As a mom, I recognize and honor the transformative experience of birth and postpartum. My approach with training new mothers incorporates safe, nervous system-friendly movement while you learn more about your beautifully changed body. Each session and class will emphasize safe core recruitment, breath work, pelvic floor mechanics, and optimal posture.
