The Birth Network of Monterey County (BNoMC) was formed in 2007 by a group of community members with a desire to help families in Monterey County learn about their options in birthing and early parenting. BNoMC has created a network of practitioners, businesses, and community members who endorse the Mother-Friendly Childbirth Initiative (MFCI) to support families in their childbearing years. We are the only 501c3 non-profit pregnancy and early parenting resource of its kind in Monterey County.
BNoMC offers free monthly meetings and educational events for birth professionals and parents.
Mission Statement: Our mission is to protect the birth experience by providing parents and their families with education, resources, and advocacy.
